The restaurant provides excellent service with fabulous food and great customer service. The staff is friendly and the establishment is spotlessly clean, bright, and airy. View all feedback.
What A1623PTstevem doesn't like about Dylan's Restaurant Barn:
This cafe is no longer located at this address and is now closed. Dylan's has been replaced by The Cowshed, with new operators and a renovated space at the same location. It is definitely worth a visit, but keep in mind that Dylan's is no longer in business. View all feedback.
Great food, however disappointed that we went for Sunday dinner and was told no roast dinners unless you reserve a table. Would be useful to put notice on door and website explaining this.
Nice cafe with mostly good food and drinks. Apart from the younger waitress all the rest were a bit unfriendly. We had 2 meals, the first was Sunday lunch , we had nut roast which was like a soggy rice cake with cheese and 1 or 2 nuts. The second was a lunch which was lovely. TheSunday lunch was also spoiled by very slow service. We were going to have dessert but gave up waiting to order
Very friendly place with nice atmosphere, food drinks. Tried the eggs benedict (perfectly cooked eggs) toasted bacon brie baguette that was served with a side salad. Would thoroughly recommend.
We had an evening meal arranged for 50 people from the nearby Campsite. Richard the Chef went out of his way to provide an excellent menu choices and the food was quality ingredients, hot, well presented, delicious good portions and all served to everyone very quickly. Loved the food and service so much my husband and I went back next day for a delicious well cooked full English breakfast. Thank you very much to the staff and we will be back!
Popped in here for a mooch around the little retail outlets and for a coffee when staying at the adjacent caravan site. Overall our experience here was satisfactory but the courtyard which has bench tables to sit and enjoy the your food was in need to some TLC. The benches were rough and peeling, and the general feeling of the courtyard was a little rundown. It wouldn’t take much to spruce it up and add a few Mediterranean plants in what is a sunny sheltered spot.
