What User doesn't like about Puntarenas Typical Seafood.:
The sauces for the Creole dishes we had were really good, and the octopus and shrimp were cooked just right. Unfortunately the sauces were a bit on the salty side, and although the vegetables were decent and buttery, they seemed like they were canned or frozen. It was lunchtime when we got off the Paquera-Puntarenas ferry and drove the three blocks to this lovely seafood restaurant. It's in a quiet area, right across the street from the beach. No parking problem. I had the ceviche typica, a specialty of the house....More
