We stayed in Villa de Palmar and once reserved table here. The atmosphere was pretty quite and relaxing. Service quick. Not very large menu bud Food was very good. What GM S doesn't like about Blanca Blue:
Went for lunch, disappointed they didn't have the burrata starter I order and the chicken burrito was just grilled chicken and veg in a tortilla. Very bland, no sauces or anything tasty. He served us even when restaurant was almost closed and gave the best service the best food and overall the cuisine was great! the drinks were gorgeous! this is the best restaurant in the whole resort !!!!! This restaurant is fabulous. We eat here for breakfast every morning at our resort. The food and service are fantastic. They have a full continental breakfast as well as a menu to order off. Get the green juice, it is delicious!!!

Plane is for breakfast only. Otherwise it's an empty menu. Five items. Every day is the same. Long wait for the order (even there are only 5 items) and constantly messing up or forgetting to serve. Yet, tip is essential. I worldly be calling it a restaurant. It's a temporarily occupied space for a local vendor. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
Located right at the front of Garza Blanca towards the ocean, this restaurant has some of the best dining views. The food was very good, plenty of unique adventurous dishes if you like trying things you might not otherwise order unless you're on vacation at an all-inclusive. They did have a children's menu as well. We found with all the restaurants on the two properties, portions are pretty large, so if you like trying multiple appetizers or entrées try asking for half portions. We didn't learn this trick till the end of our stay.
