This place is very pretty and has a lovely feel. From the gentle Japanese music to the view of the ocean, it is peaceful and tranquil. We had a lot of laughs about the food and the overall experience because our food came out really upside down with both entrees first and the appetizers last. So we were a bit thrown off. There was a big party that spoke loudly. it was a little annoying and would have been nice to have it addressed. that is said this restaurant is fabulous and woukd totally recommend!
Desde el principio, fue una mala experiencia, ya que esperamos 25 minutos en la caseta para que nos dieran acceso al restaurante. El personal de seguridad culpaba al equipo de Asai, y estos, a su vez, culpaban al de seguridad. La atención fue deficiente desde el inicio, y el personal se discutía entre ellos delante de nuestra mesa.
Comida muy buena y un lugar excelente, con una ambientación muy bonita y un personal muy amable y servicial.
Todo en el restaurante es excelente: la comida, el servicio y todo lo demás. Sin embargo, lo que estuvo muy mal fue que no nos permitieron entrar a la propiedad porque no teníamos reservación. Estuvimos parados afuera, en el coche, con el guardia de seguridad, durante más de 10 minutos.
