We came to TRS to celebrate our anniversary and celebrate our last trip as a couple before we welcome our baby in a few months. Everything about this trip was excellent. Staff, food, service... literally everything!! I would like to give a special thanks to some of our favorite staff: Irwin: our butler, and to Ramon and Sabrina: our dinner server and hostess. They were so friendly and attentive and made us feel like we were in paradise. We are so sad to go, but we can't wait to come back a day!!!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in! But you need to use Hotel Taxis. There is no other transport on the property unless you come to the hotel. No cov 19 test at the hotel. 10 minutes to the airport $30.

This is by far one of my favorite places I visited. From the moment we arrived, the staff was fantastic. Barron was there to take care of us. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends in the future! The food is great and Felix makes the best drinks. The whole staff really adds the whole mood with their happy positions.

When we arrived, hospitality was amazing, our excellent Butler Bayron led us on a beautiful tour and helped us with everything we needed. The room had no problems, perfect AC and with snacks and drinks for our stay. The shower was amazing and the room service was excellent. We stayed only one night, so only the restaurant Helios enjoyed for the night the food was AMAZING. Unlimited food and beverages and again hospitable. The wellness services were amazing, I had a beautiful full body massage and enjoyed the free steam room and sauna. We come back to enjoy a longer stay!

Absolutely the best service. Javier our butler was amazing. We came to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday and he was so accommodating to everything we needed. He fully decorated her room with the decorations we bought, did an amazing job. Got a cake make for my sister as well. Attentive to all the changes and reservations we made. The rest of the staff is pretty amazing as well. Very inclusive and made sure we had a great time.
