I was here almost 6 times and I come back this time with my daughter just to get the best food in punta cana. My suggestion is this one I try the chocolate cake The flan and it’s not a good representation for you guys It’s really not good the taste so you need to change this with a good bakery View all feedback.

the bad organization, they don't respect the reservations made, there's not enough personnel to attend to so many people, we never attended, we asked to take three times, never took the drinks, not even the menu, after almost an hour of waiting for service we went without dinner, bad experience, I understand it was 31 Dec but we should be prepared View all feedback.

The service of the best, the very rich and very nice presentation.
Horrible experience! waitress incompetent, no dish has arrived correctly. an entry came just before dessert! the poke bowl had no rice the sushi came in 4 times. It was so long that my daughter could not eat her dish! the surprise of the invitation was unveiled by the waitress (very zero) it has been 5 years since we came to nakamura and we have never seen such a level of incompetence!
Top ! Excellent food and service and place ! Sushis are amazing.
