A great place to visit, we took a picnic and thoroughly enjoyed the walk in nature! Girls enjoyed a paddle where the river meets the sea as nice and calm. More like a lake you would find in france.. Theres not much you can do in the Punta Cana area for free, but this is one thing and its worth a visit! View all feedback.
It's not so fancy. Looked run down. Water was dirty.

Very nice place. Hidden gem a lil further away from punta cana.
Breath taking view. Had a sweet coconut water and I went for a swim as well.
It's an amazing view where the river flows into the ocean and the way there is equally scenic. The only spoiler are the concrete remnants of a pier and the fact that it's a bit too littered for a nature preserve.
