Eden Roc Cap Cana - Punta Cana

Great! This area is amazing. The beach is phenomenal here. The view and service were fantastic. Food and drinks were also great! Good place, but worth it! Would definitely come back.

We visited 10 days on our honeymoon and cannot say enough about the excellent customer service we received throughout our stay. The staff at every corner was absolutely amazing and went beyond and beyond to make us feel special. The food was delicious the view excellent and the atmosphere amazing. We can't say enough about our concierges, Franklin and Orlando. They went over the top to make us happy every round. Make dinner reservations, schedule dates, answer questions and even give us a special surprise for our honeymoon. The rooms are very clean and so are the plots, very well maintained. Everyone always has a smile.

An absolutely wonderful experience, this resort values customer service and it definitely shows. From beginning to end, my husband I had the most amazing experience at Eden Roc couldn’t be happier with choosing to stay here over our honeymoon. Francisco at the resort bar was a delight very attentive. We scheduled a private dinner in which Robert Gomez was our private concierge and his service was also spectacular! We did a pizza class and the chefs were so helpful made it fun. Martin with room service was quick also very attentive. Yoel was our transport immediately tended to anything we needed with the most genuine contentment. We also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager who was also a delight. The beach front is a little small but stunning food from both La Palapa Blue was delicious/fresh service was fast. We went to the spa for a quick massage and even though we weren’t in there long we were welcomed to the fullest. We really could go on on. Eden Roc made us feel like we were home we would definitely come back in a heartbeat! COME HERE IF YOU CAN!

Excellent hotel!!! We also booked a villa with a private pool and they tried to bring us to a regular suite; took 30 minutes to make it right. Loves the location and restaurants are amazing!
