Odiya cuisine unlike bengali cuisine isnt quite as popular mostly due to the fault of its restaurants not marketing it properly and not preserving its simplicity of food through minimal spices and oil in the food. <br/ <br/ Odisha hotel, in Hinjewadi has good ambience and has good hygiene albeit being small. Copper utensils used evoke the traditional odiya household feel which is very nostalgic.
