Visited this place a few days back. <br/ <br/ They have ample of seating arrangement.<br/ The hygiene they have maintained here is quite impressive.<br/ The interiors are simple yet elegant<br/ .<br/ Coming to the drinks, guava hit was my favorite. A bit spicy and citric in taste. <br/ In starters we tried Kung Pao Chicken, Shanghai paneer and Pepper blast chicken. All of them were finger licking good .<br/ The sauces used in kung pao chicken were amazing and gave it a mild sweet and spicy flavor. It was topped with fried cashews.<br/ Shanghai paneer was mild spicy. The paneer cubes had a great texture on it. The paneer was soft and fresh.<br/ Pepper blast chicken was basically different types of boneless chicken pieces wok fried with sesame oil, red chillies and black pepper. It was simple yet so tasty.<br/ Veg Malaysian noodles sure were amazing . Flat noodles tossed in sesame oil, chillis, black pepper and veggies. They were even better than the chicken ones we tried ! <br/ <br/ Overall, a good place to try various flavors of Chinese cuisine.
Food here is good but very oily. Service is not that great

Whenever I crave for Chinese or similar foods. Five Fat Monks is the name that pops up in my mind. This elegant restaurant offers you some of the best and authentic pan Asian cuisine.<br/ <br/ Ambience<br/ The ambience is quite charming. Interiors done very nicely using wooden art. And the lightings compliment it completely. Also an outdoor seating for people who love to dine under the open sky.<br/ A bar section specially curated to serve cool and refreshing mocktails.<br/ <br/ Beverages<br/ Watermelon Island A simple n sweet mocktail with classic watermelon flavour.<br/ Lemongrass A fizzy lemongrass flavour infused drink. Quite refreshing.<br/ Guava hit A guava based drink with a bit dense consistency, salt n chilli mixture on the rim to give a spicy kick while sipping on this mocktail.<br/ .<br/ Food<br/ Shanghai paneer Pieces of paneer marinated in spice mixture and secret sauces. The paneer was bit dry and the sauces were not penetrated into the pieces.<br/ Lemon chilli rice This was my favourite dish. Nicely prepared with balanced amount of spicy and tangy taste. Just one bite of this will make you experience a rainbow of flavours.<br/ Malaysian noodles great taste, awesome flavours. That's all I would say. This doesn't need more appreciation<br/ Pepper blast chicken The best chicken dish of the day. Hot peppers and shredded chicken combined to form a bomb.<br/ Phat nin noodles and Kung pao chicken were also good.<br/ Fried choco pops This dessert was an example of awesome creativity. Marie biscuits crushed and formed into small balls which are then fried and served with vanilla ice cream garnished with chocolate chips along with a bowl of hot chocolate sauce to pour over the ice cream.<br/ I would definitely recommend to everyone reading this, try to visit here atleast once. I'm sure you will thank me later.
Ambience: <br/ A small and sweet place with a dark asian theme and vibrant lighting and a soft drinks bar which is amazing to look at. Also has an outdoor seating which is rather small to accommodate big groups so it made no sense to me expect for smokers.<br/ Food: <br/ Five Fat Monks located at Balewadi High Street is an amazing Asian place Offering Some of the best Noodles I’ve had with Vegetable Dimsums, Momos and GOOD Kung pao Chicken as appetizers. All of this with their Fried Choco Pops Dessert makes it a perfectly Authentic Asian Place with Some Amazing food!<br/ I had 3 drinks <br/ Spicy Guava: Awesome<br/ Red Island: a bit too flavoured<br/ Lemon Grass which was by far thee best<br/ <br/ For appitizers I had <br/ Pepper blast Chicken which was good.<br/ Shanghai Paneer: Paneer was too hard and dry it was understood that it had just been marinated and the seasonings and the flavours didn't make it any special. Quite average<br/ Kung Pao Chicken it was also good.<br/ <br/ <br/ For main Course I had The best Lemon Chilli Rice!!<br/ The best Malaysian Noodles and Average Phat Thin chicken noodles.<br/ <br/ The Highlight of the place was not the Asian food for me but the very Western dessert of fried choco pops which was simply amazing
