One of the best spaghetti carbonaro's ever, had lunch with friends, the staff were very helpful with our toddler and the food was great, I will be going back soon for another carbonara!

I loved the front of this restaurant, it has a Gaudi style to it. I thought it was small we were taken through to the back where we were seated outside, what a lovely surprise. The owners mother was there to welcome us, staff were friendly and helpful. I don`t know how many antipasti were ordered but it was never ending. Everyone one was amazing and so tasty. It is a traditional, family run restaurant. We will definitely go back.

Once you will be done eating here I am confident you will ask Giampiero to adopt you so you can eat his food every day. He took over the restaurant from his parents many years ago and not only he has taken the tradition along with it, but he has improved it significantly! After my mom 's table, Trattoria Caffe ' da Maometto is my second choice every time I come back to Pulsano. The food is deliciously and skillfully prepared and the overall atmosphere is very warm. As of for the food choice, I suggest you ask for the antipasti (appetizers) and get ready for a voyage in Puglia 's traditional flavors. Beware though, appetizers are a lot and I suggest you try each and every one of them but don 't forget to leave some space in your stomach for the primi and secondi (first and second course) too! The wine selection is well curated but if you want the real local deal, I suggest you ask for vino della casa (house wine). The service is excellent as well, always close but never overwhelming with its presence, price is very fair considering the amount of food. Do not forget to end your meal with some good amaro (digestive liquor) or grappa! Can 't wait to get back next summer and take our daughters here!

Exquisite traditional Apulian dishes, fresh and well-prepared ingredients, generous portions. Friendly and attentive service. I definitely recommend it.

Tradition on the table and generous portions. Thanks to Giampiero, the owner, who fulfilled our request for tubetti con le mussels and grilled sea bass, we were able to share these dishes with our relatives from the north. Excellent value for money. Over time, we've found it to have improved and become even better.
