Service was awful waiter ju... read more Booked a table for 6 at 20:30. Waited for approximately 15 minutes to get a drink and order food. Mains arrived approximately 22:00. Service was awful waiter just dropped my knife and fork on the table in front of me). Of the 6 courses chosen, the Thai green prawn curry prawns were either missing from the shell and the rice was cold. The Pork sirloin stroganoff was Luke warm with chips!! The Cod was warm with a watery sauce. By the time my meal arrived I was not hungry. When we asked to speak with the only English speaking waiter he didn't come out to see us but strangely the bill arrived promptly upon request. Just an awful experience delivered by ignorant people

My wife ordered a pasta dish, I ordered a well done steak. The pasta was served at least 10 minutes before the steak. I’m convinced they forgot my order and when one of the many waiters noticed I was trying to get some attention, he hurriedly went to the kitchen. My steak appeared within a few minutes, it was almost raw. The fries followed about 3 minutes later. This restaurant is quite expensive for the food on offer. I will not visit again.

We have eaten here many times and been happy with the food and the service, tonight however was a fiasco, waiter’s running around people waiting for over an hou... read more We have eaten here many times and been happy with the food and the service, tonight however was a fiasco, waiter’s running around people waiting for over an hour to get served, it was chaotic, we were very patient and had our staters about an hour after we sat down, main course another hour later, the food was poor quality and not Cooked correctly, very basic and uninteresting, if you are operating a restaurant and are short of staff at least when you serve the meal make it good quality, prepared well and presented correctly.

The best restaurant we went to in San Juan de Los Terreros already. Food was delcious, and very big portions. Staff is so nice and friendly. Did very good recomendations. We will come again!
