What Gabrielle Pelletier doesn't like about Bambou:
Service was slow and not sure waitress understood French or English but was eager! We ordered sushi, they where ok for Swiss standards but too much rice! Fatty Tuna was delicious, Unagi (eal) was good and the sea oursins could have been fresher... would go...again but don't expect Tokyo sushi level.... View all feedback. the best sushi I had so far. very fresh and very well presented. they make it fresh and live before you. very appetizing ... a bit expensive, but they have no sense to pay the high prices for this type of quality. especially when they live in the Swiss. I'll be back. View all feedback.
