The staff was extremely welcoming, and this Starbucks provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere to unwind!
This is my least favorite Starbucks in Pullman. They often get orders wrong, and the drink recipes vary in taste. One of the employees appeared irritated with me for placing my order through the app. Given that this is a college town, hopefully, this situation will improve as the current staff graduates.
The only service available is through the drive-thru. There's no point in ordering online or in advance, as you'll just end up waiting regardless. You might as well wait for your food to be fresh.
I ordered a dirty chai drink on my way out of Pullman. Several minutes into me waiting, the batista came up to tell me she forgot to charge me for the 2 shots in my drink. I was very understanding and paid the extra 3 dollars. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally got my drink. As I was driving away, I realize that it had no coffee shots in it after all and I basically had to pay extra for air. I think I wouldn't have been as upset if she didn't make me pay extra for absolutely nothing.
