The Forge Margarita is the best margarita I've ever had. The addition of grapefruit is ingenious, and I could happily lick the apple wood smoked salt of the rim all night!! In addition, we went on a Thursday evening, so there were live music on the outdoor terrace, which was a pleasant temperature scattered thanks to the fire pit and upright heating.

Really decent food and service. I recommend the almonds and olives.

Love the bar, restaurant, food and the staff. Friendliest feel in Pullman and Moscow. Wide range of food choices and the drinks are awesome. Try the pot pie!

In terms of elevated dining in the area goes this is our favorite. Casual enough not to feel underdressed if your visit wasn't planned, but also a go to for special occasions when you want to wear something nice. The service has always been friendly and very accommodating. Highly suggest making reservations for weekend or holiday dinner. The prices match the service, atmosphere and quality. All well worth it. Portions are generous we almost always bring home left overs!
