Nice restaurant with good food all was prepared nicely and cooked correctly. Clean restaurant friendly accommodating service!
I placed a mobile order to earn a reward, but they didn't begin preparing my order until I arrived. Additionally, the manager had a rather unpleasant attitude. The staff treated customers like criminals, often insisting on double-checking phones for mobile orders. The customer service was lacking, but at least the food was good.
Could you please consider assigning someone specifically to handle DoorDash orders, especially during busy evening hours? I frequently use DoorDash at this location and often have to wait 20-25 minutes just to pick up my order. This adds extra stress for the staff already managing the drive-thru and front counter, and I can see that they're feeling overwhelmed with the influx of DoorDash requests. Taco Bell faced a similar challenge, but they resolved it by hiring a dedicated person for DoorDash. I’d like to give a shout-out to a particular employee who consistently works tirelessly at the front; he has short brown hair and always offers a kind demeanor. Dairy Queen, please find a way to support your hardworking team!
