Max's - Pulilan
Max's
Description
A long-standing Filipino eatery delivers warm, attentive service and reliably satisfying classics — crispy fried chicken, lumpiang shanghai, kare-kare and mango shakes — making it popular for family meals and brunch. Ample free parking and a welcoming staff balance mixed culinary impressions: some dishes shine while others (notably an overly salty pancit) underwhelm. The premises show age and need better cleanliness and pest control; value varies with full-priced items versus promotional deals.

**Meal Type:** Lunch **Price per Person:** ₱400–₱600 **Food Rating:** ★★★☆☆ **Service Rating:** ★★★★☆ **Atmosphere Rating:** ★★★☆☆ I dined in for lunch and found the overall experience to be quite average. The food was decent but didn't leave a lasting impression, earning a rating of 3 out of 5. However, the service was commendable, with attentive staff who made sure our needs were met swiftly, giving them a solid 4-star rating. As for the atmosphere, it was fairly pleasant but nothing particularly special, so I rated it a 3. Overall, it was a satisfactory meal, but there's room for improvement in the food department.
