I stopped by for a late lunch and ended up with the driest burger I've ever tasted. It was clear that the burger and bacon had been cooked well in advance before we placed our order. The onion rings were fresh and tasty, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight. The server did offer a discount on the burger, which was a bit lacking in moisture and paired with rubbery, lukewarm bacon. I essentially paid around $12 for just 6 onion rings. I was quite disappointed because when you order a $16 burger, you expect much better quality. My experience at this restaurant made it clear that I could get a better and cheaper burger at the local gas station, which is quite unfortunate.
I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to this restaurant. Our waiter, Charles, was both friendly and attentive. I would have liked a bit more barbecue, but the flatbread pizza was simply delicious! The sweet tea was perfect as well. We will definitely be coming back!
My wife and I decided to visit Kitchen 218 on a whim and were truly impressed by the ambiance, service, and food. She chose one of the flatbread options from the menu, while I thoroughly enjoyed the Wich that arrived first. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town. Our server, Jessie, was outstanding!
This was my first visit to Kitchen 218, and it was fantastic. The service was top-notch, and the food tasted amazing. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert— their talented pastry chef really shines!
The service was attentive, and the ambiance was welcoming. I had the burger with pimento cheese, grilled onions, and onion rings. While it was enjoyable, the patty resembled regular ground beef more than a steak burger, which matched its price. Still, it was flavorful—the pimento cheese stood out, and the caramelized onions added a perfect touch. The onion rings were fantastic as well. Overall, I’d rate it five stars, even if it wasn’t the very best.
