Had six people worth eating and 2 youngs at the front could not get our order right and leave the manager to cook all food. then totally ignored us when we aske... read more Had six people worth eating and 2 youngs at the front could not get our order right and leave the manager to cook all food. then totally ignored us when we asked if we could take some of our food, that was so that it wasn't cold. When they showed us the takings and we told them they were wrong, they told the manager that we needed only one manager. I work in a restaurant and that was terrible.

This morning I went through and ordered 2 biscuits alon... read more I go to this Hardee’s frequently. The employees are always nice and everything is typically pretty good. This morning I went through and ordered 2 biscuits along with a platter. When I arrived home I only had one biscuit in the bag. It wasn’t a big deal to me, I called the store and just asked if I could come get the second biscuit tomorrow. While on the phone I heard the employee say “and they’re lying because I’ve bagged every order this morning”. Not sure why I would lie about a $2 biscuit. But ok. Still recommend this Hardee’s and still think the employees are fine. Just remember that there are human beings on the other side of the line as well.

The biscuit crumbled into five pieces... read more I don't understand why it's so difficult to find a good biscuit. The ham was clearly not fresh, as it was tough and hard. The biscuit crumbled into five pieces on top and was equally disappointing on the bottom. I couldn't even eat it. For the price, I expected much higher quality food.
