Fast Food Tanja 3 - Pula

Unfortunately we had to wait for almost 40 minutes, and the wait was kind of lust, but the food was great!

If you are hungry or drunk (or both! , and fancy places with expensive food are not an option, this is the place to go. For 3 euro, you can get double hamburger! Sure, quality is not high, but you are drunk, so it is all the same to you. And just down the street there is Arena, so you can enjoy your burger in front of 2000 years old building. Or you can have another beer.

They didn't answer on a call 30min before the closure, when l got there they said they don't have anything but toast sandwich, and l told the employe that a taxi is waiting for me , and he let me wait for putting the sandwich in the toaster saying he won't use the other one because he cleaned it.30min before the closure. And not kind guy at all.Or maybe just too young and no one to teach him yet

Waited for 30 min on rain to watch ladies serve some customers who ordered after me and was served before me, when I asked about status of my order and when will it be ready, they ignored me completely looking to the floor like i dont exist, commenting there is no status really bad way to treat your customer.. I would gladly give you zero for customer service if there was an option.

Low cost and low quality food, and I wouldn't say its fast either. Worst of all, much like in a lot of places in Pula (will someone explain this to me? they are making everything without gloves and considering the place itself and the equipment aren't really clean either, things can get messy. There are better places close by.
