We sat in the bar. I think there were too many tables seated for one server. The new burgers were tasty but combined with the fries, way too salty. Smash burgers are normally thin and a bit crispy. These weren't but still good. We'll skip the fries next time. View all feedback.

Service was very good. The food wasn't great, but it wasn't awful. I had a half order of the baby back ribs with asparagus and mac n' cheese. The ribs had brown sugar coating which I could barley taste. The tendinous of them was okay. They weren't tough, but I've defiantly had more tender ribs elsewhere. The mac n' cheese was bland. Sad to say , it appears that o'charleys on rusty road has closed. their food was delicious. sad to see it gone.
I would this was only my second time of having O Charley's n first visit to this restaurant.Very friendly atmosphere n our waitress was superb..Very sweet n polite .We need people like her..Definitely will have to go their again......

Had takeout through Uber Eats. I won't rate the steak, as it wouldn't be fair to rate a steak that we cooked, packaged, and driven to me the same as a steak right off the heat in a restaurant. I will say it was cooked medium when it arrived, just as I'd ordered it. I liked the batter on the fried pickles, but the ranch was just awful.The rice pilaf was not enjoyable. The baked potato was good but came with no butter? The rolls are the best part, of course. Used my own butter for them and the potato.No room for the cobbler. But it arrived cold. Like, refrigerated, not lukewarm.So all in all I enjoyed the rolls, the potato, the steak (somewhat, and I think my gripes are related to transport), and the fried pickles. Not great overall, but would give it another shot in the future.
Sarah our waitress and the manager Matt, gave us the absolute best service I think we have ever had. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Matt made sure our steaks were made perfectly. And Sarah is the best we've had. I think this is our go to place for steaks now. Thank you Matt and Sarah.
