It is a pleasure to see you create each of these dishes in a cosy space and music that invites you to relax and balance the rhythm of each dish.
Together with the quality of the food, the 539 experience is undoubtedly the best of the Sardinian. It's always a brutal enjoyment of eating there!
We went to dinner for a group and Martin gave us some very good dishes. a very good kitchen and it is noticed that it does with all the affection. to each dish you receive explains a little that is and like this cooked. martin is very nice and certainly very good cook. here I leave the photos of dinner.
