We had to face the difficulty of choosing between several dishes, each more attractive, in the end we realized that any option would have been a success. martin puts passion in what he does with high quality products, is an artist who shares more than his original kitchen, a different look and an exquisite and consummable treatment. It is a pleasure to see you create each of these dishes in a cosy space and music that invites you to relax and balance the rhythm of each dish.

Together with the quality of the food, the 539 experience is undoubtedly the best of the Sardinian. It's always a brutal enjoyment of eating there!
