The spa facilities wer... read more Stayed here with my family over Christmas and had the best experience. Everything was lovely from the staff, the facilities to the rooms. The spa facilities were great, the hotel is dog friendly, the garage had charging facilities for electric cars (note these were very slow but free). The hotel is situated just a short walk from the town/all the shops, so extremely convenient. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Puigcerda

The chef is not only creating food which delights, but is clearly experimental and delivering new and interesting flavours. He also clearly has a fantastic work ethic which leads him to be there morning til night. A really fantastic place to eat.

We chose a wine called La Fou and was served rather hot. but even though, in general, was very good.

Overlooking the park lake, the restaurant is uncrowded, peaceful. The food is exquisite and interesting Catalan fare. The service is impeccable.

I wrote a complaint and received a litany of feeble excuses. We won’t be returning which is a pity as the hotel is superb and the view is great.
