I had lunch at Hotel del Prado on a nice and sunny Sunday. We were a pretty big party (7 adults and 8 kids) and were seated in a spacious and confortable table. The kids had items from the kid 's menu, which included a main and a scoop of ice-cream. Most of the adults had the menu, which offered tons of different options for 25 euros. I had an escalivada salad that was good but on the smaller side and a delicious beef stew with mushrooms. You could also order wine by the glass, a very good option for drivers. The rest of the party was very happy with the food they had. Our server was fast and very nice, and he handled all the kids very well. I would surely like to visit again.

He also apologised for the two empty dining rooms, as I had arrived rather early according to Spanish dining custom. That was ok I got served first and had plenty of time to people watch as other guest gradually arrived! Good choice of menu based on local cuisine. A fixed price menu available for 3 courses wine and coffee extra but good value even so. They served my favourite regional dessert crema catalana go for it!
