We have eaten 21 friends, and we have all agreed that the new kitchen of the author made by joe and his partner is exceptional. the service has been magnificent; and the dishes to which best: a magnificent ham of acorn; the artichokes with melted cheeses, exquisite; the eggs protagonized with red tuna, exceptional; the rice atoneero, with incomparable flavors, and the meat of mature cow, of quality and to finish, a dessert of manchego cheese; everything was white and red. We usually come because we stay at the hotel. But it always leaves us a bitter taste. Today, we try to eat rations, have a good wine and enjoy the night. But it always fails.
