What User likes about Moments:
Unless you know about this place before hand, you'll never find it. No signs, no advertising, we only heard about it through word of mouth. The hotel Encino (which occupies all floors below it) doesn't even tell guests that it's there. You just need to walk in the hotel and go up to the 4th floor via stairs or the elevator. Very bad service. We waited over half hour for a table and got wet because of the rain, they dont even let you wait inside the restaurant, once we got sit, they moved us from our regular table to a 2 persons table even that we were 5 just to put another family in it, I understand there was more People waiting, but we waited for ours too View all feedback.
