This is the best taco place in PV. Pastor Volcanes are my favourite and they cook them over a wood fire, not gas which gives a great charred taste to the edges while the best is still soft and flavorful. The tacos are all great...and cheap, with lots of lime, cucumber and radish on the side, plus they sometimes have roasted (almost caramelized) onions if you like that. Randomly closed sometimes, the only downside. View all feedback.

Es un puesto de tacos que atiende gente en la calle y dentro de un local. Estuvimos esperando más de media hora para que nos sirvieran tacos de asada y pastor que se supone ya tienen hecha. Finalmente están buenos los tacos, porque las tortillas son hechas a mano en el momento, pero creo que no es para esperar media hora. View all feedback.

El servicio en este restaurante es excelente, tanto por la mañana como por la noche. ¡Me encantó! Además, las pellizcadas de camarón y las margaritas están deliciosas.
My husband and I visited Las Güeras Tacos on the recommendation of our VRBO host. We love walking through the streets of old town and finding places less touristy and more wonderful. Las Güeras is this! The setting is rustic but immaculately clean, and beautiful, with attentive service staff and a gifted chef! We enjoyed the Queso Fundido and Tacos al Pastor all delicious and inexpensive. Alcoholic drinks are available, but we opted for agua fresca. Flavour of the day was guava delicious and refreshing. Our meal came with a trio of sauces no pica, medio pica and pica with an exclamation point. As well there was salsa fresca and a plate of cucumber and radish slices, so fresh and crisp in contrast with the deep richness of the queso and tacos. Our pastor tacos were garnished with slim wedges of fresh pineapple, which were absolutely delicious! The corn tortillas were the best we have had this trip. We are going home soon, but would visit again soon if not. It’s definitely worth the walk a few blocks out of the tourist zone. The prices are amazing too. Everything about this place says go and try it. Before you go though, check the hours online. They open at 6pm some days, 7pm on others, and seem to be closed Saturdays.

Pues espere más de 35 minutos para que me sirvieran los tacos, eso si muy ricos, pero la verdad después de tanto tiempo la incomodidad es mucha comparada con el placer de comer un buen taco! El sistema de preparar orden por orden, tortilla por tortilla no ayuda mucho! Les vendría bien un buen consejo de procesos! Pero en fin, si tienes tiempo y no tanta hambre vale la pena conocerlos!!
