What User doesn't like about Fei Long:
I am from the San Francisco Bay area. There is no shortage of excellent chinese food there. With that said, I realze I am NOT there, and every once in a while, I need my fix. I went to this restaurant hoping it would be better than average. It is just ok. Perhaps it was what I ordered, and I may give it another try, but not anytime soon. If you just want some average "take out chinese food" type this will do. First c... View all feedback.
Tengo años siendo clienta y la calidad, precio y las opciones veganas son deliciosas !
Every business has a day where things are off, restaurants are no exception and l was looking forward to trying FEI LONG. We were greeted by the waiter at the door who looked like he was trying to escape, but showed us to our table in a totally empty dining room (on a Friday night). After a lengthy wait he came back and took our order. I had green tea and sweet and sour shrimp, my friend had egg rolls and hot and sour soup. The fried noodles served as a starter were similar to what cardboard probably tastes like, maybe not as flavorful. This is the first Asian restaurant where no chopsticks were offered and the first time I had a canned green tea which didn't taste like tea at all. The shrimp was flavorful as was the overpowering sauce, but l almost lost a tooth on the crust encasing the shrimp. I didn't ask how my friend's dinner was after seeing he barely touched it. There are restrooms, plus highchairs for the little ones, street parking only, bank cards are now accepted, but no handicapped facilities of any kind. The waiter did the heavy lifting by being kind and efficient and saving FEI LONG from being starless on a Friday night. Let's hope this was just a rare exception because other reviews here were extremely positive. But let's be honest. It needs some work.
Very excited to try this place after hearing rave reviews. Unfortunately, after an hour and a half of waiting our food had still not arrived, save for a single wonton soup. Other customers had been served in the meantime and the restaurant owner was not able to tell us how much longer our food would be. We left to go find a meal elsewhere as our toddler was getting very hungry (as were we) A very dissappinting experience.

Comida de muy buena calidad y con un excelente servicio. Oficialmente la mejor comida china de Puerto Vallarta!
