El Sofa Cafe - Puerto Vallarta

I walked in there yesterday asking for directions to a local computer center and Armanta was SO kind and helpful! When the business wasn't open yet, I decided to come back and have some breakfast. And WOW am I glad I did! I had a latte (her coffee is the best I've had) and an amazing fresh, crispy parmesan bagel with cream cheese, spinach, tomatoes and capers. It was outrageous! Armanta is such a sweetheart (and 100% bilingual), you just feel like you're hanging out in her house. Lots of fun, friendly characters to chat with, many of whom bring their dogs. I'm only sad she's on vacation now for the next week (back Nov. 13). I can't wait to go back!

Cozy little place with great smoothies and the best peanut butter cookies on the planet. Breakfasts are excellent, too. Owner and staff are very welcoming and the little dog is adorable.

Lovely staff, ambiance, and good food. Coffee wasn't bad, but not to my personal taste.

Perfect space to work. Good breakfast and lunch, coffee and juice. The woman who works here is super nice and her little dog is too cute!
