I stopped by El Dorado for tapas at lunch and was immediately captivated by the freshness of their seafood flavors of each dish. I went early at 12:30, stepped... read more I stopped by El Dorado for tapas at lunch and was immediately captivated by the freshness of their seafood flavors of each dish. I went early at 12:30, stepped out to finish some errands, and then found myself happily back again at 3pm for one last round before the kitchen closed. We had mussels (pure freshness overload), cazón en adobo, atún a la plancha, and merluza a la plancha—each plate simple, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Simple venue but highly recommended, not only for the quality of the food but also for the excellent value. One of those places you instinctively return to… even on the same day.
