I came with not many expectations but I had a nice dinner. I had a tasty tomatoes soup (soup of the day, which today was a vegan one) and a big sandwich with a vegan burger. The bread was homemade and the burger too, a patty with quinoa and beetroot, all served with a roasted aubergine paste and lettuce. They offer 3 more vegetarian options: a sandwich, some fries with cheese, and a plate of gnocchi with puttanesca sauce. Nice atmosphere, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Outdoor seating.

I went there without checking the reviews beforehand as I did not have internet and it was a great surprise. The entree was carrot mayonnaise and hummus both delicious. My boyfriend had a soup that was very good and I had gnocchi with vegetable salsa (just remember to tell them to not put cheese on top if you are vegan). It's very cozy and they have nice music.

I arrived with an empty stomach in Puyuhuapi and was welcomed in this small restaurant, even though it was full, the staff was friendly and helpfull. When I mentioned that I'm vegan she explained me the menu card and which of them are vegan. I chose the soup and it was incredibly delicious and served carefully on a nice plate. They also brought me an appetizer wholemeal bread with chimichurri. Very friendly staff and good vibe.

100 Recommended. Pisco Sour de Nalca and many varieties with local products. Excellent attention! .

A pleasant surprise on my trip to Puyuhuapi, delicious, innovative and well thoughtful food. I ate a wild boar with a base of sautéed and vegetables, a wonder. The sauces that put before the meal, exceptional, the porotos with a cibulete and the delicious peas, would function excellently as an accompaniment for any protein. Congratulations and I hope to return to Puyuhuapi to try other creations. Finally, better than any other major cities.
