La Tarappa (real Italian)

I have visited this restaurant for years and the food is absolutely authentic, fresh and amazing. A must try when in Puerto Plata.

We booked a stay at Beach Escape Casa Dominiruso and the host highly recommended that we eat here. The Pizza was delicious. I even ordered a pasta dish too. There was no food left on our plates.

Delicious food, great environment, excellent service and fair price

Wow. What a jewel! Went with some friends for dinner and got blown away! I have my fatuccine Alfredo 'fra Diavolo ' (Picky-Kick), and it was perfectly cooked. The Bruschetta and Caprese Salad-Starter were (almost) as good as my nan 's. Pays a bit for Absolut (by name), but it was well worth it. One of the guys could not help, but the similarity between our server and Yvonne De Carlo (Google it), and she was really a treat... we wanted nothing. A RECOMMENDATION. Will return DEFINITELY.
