This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been here for years. If you stay for a few nights, you won't regret it. It's nice! The Coco drinks are the best.. The beach is clean, nice service bartender attentive.

Can't say enough about how great this resort was on our first one week stay here. We had unlimited options for food, pools, bars and entertainment. We were treated very well by all the staff we met and we will definitely be back very soon with more of our friends!

The room was decent. Our room was extremely cold, we tried to turn it off and the heat worked on nothing. The light in the room was terrible that two did not work. You come into your room and take all your towels also those that hang up. When they asked, they told us they were washing them and we had to wait. After we went back and forth 10 minutes with a translation app on my phone, we finally got new towels. The staff was very rude, only 2 percent of the staff spoke and understood English. If you don't speak Spanish, please don't go because they brush you because they don't know. We should have a room by the sea, and we also did not get it after we were set in a room (was also no room by the sea) because our room was not ready. Will I stay here again....NIE!!!!!!

This is a huge property with many pools and hot tubs. Access to certain beach areas depends on whether you are a member or how high your membership is. There are villas well furnished. There is a shuttle that will lower you at various points of the accommodation. Sanitization is visible in restaurants, in your room and in the beach areas in relation to Cabanas. Staff are very friendly.

We were there from 3/14/22 3/21/22, we had lot of fun! The staff was very helpful and attentive, Wilfredo Williams from the Frost bar pool was great host, he kept us entertained, he is very detailed and has a great memory he made sure we had got our favorite drinks beers and milk for our son and my favorite fruits, mangoes, papayas etc , please give him our thanks, as for food there was always something to eat, just didn't like that we we won't get informed which restaurant was open for breakfast, we nearly missed twice, shuttle are good, but pretty much you can get around in less than 10 minutes walk to any other restaurant and bars, overall it was great and depending on the price we would definitely come back
