The dough is very good, it is golden and crispy on the edges with just the right thickness that was neither too thin nor too thick. The abundant amount of cheese which surprised me, a great flavor that melts on my palate. The sauce had a certain spicy flavor that was very good in my opinion, and the distribution of the ingredients (ham and mushrooms in my case) was perfect, there was not a single piece with little or...
