La Hosteria - Puerto Escondido

I asked the server what their best dishes were and he answered pizza and pasta. determined to go with the pizza and it was soggy in the middle. cheese was like a processed mozzarella and they use a cheap paprikas when I asked for salami.

Sometimes they get an rude waitress that ignores them. but there is a keel waiter there that is excellent and brings “service with a smile” to a completely different level. the menu is large with much to choose. the environment is very cozy. the prices are not bad. I wish the owners would stop the call from vendors to go with dinner and interrupt conversations. it literally happens every time we eat here. I don't think that the natives realize how irritating this is, and I think it's the facility job to stop one. but different from eating is great so we can go back.

We ordered bruschetta and pizza and both where good. white wine through the glass is a good opportunity to enjoy, it was a good white wine. contempt was great and there is a comfortable ambiente. Pizza style is thin crust when they visit after a more...panish style or Argentine style pizza olas atlas, which also has the same type of traditional stone oven.

Excellent food. Excellent food. Excellent food. They had 2-for-1 cocktails and ordered margaritas. They were much smaller than other restaurants and frankly not very tasty. If they can brush up on their bar tending skills and presentation this place can be a 5/5. The food...was excellent as previously mentioned before! Oh yeah, awesome chimi churi sauce.

The service is very professional! The pizza and Caesar salad are amazing!!! The bread and sauces are really good as well. Well priced as well. Went back a few times
