Our bowls were attractive and healthy but I was disappointed by the quality of the rice. It was almost slimy, and I found it to be unpleasant. The food is expensive compared to the nearby restaurants so they should be using a better rice like sushi rice or at least a better method of preparation for regular rice. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Bonito Bowl:
I know it’s Mexico and things run on chill time, but if you say you open at 1pm, be open at 1. My husband and I came to pick up lunch and were told by the staff they would be open at 130/2. Not cool especially now when I don’t really want to be leaving the house anyway but I certainly dont want to sit around for an hour while the staff chats and cleans up. I’m Trying to give everybody business in these hard times but... View all feedback.
Very delicious food and great value. Tuna Poke Bowl and Lemon Mescalita are perfect. The atmosphere is modern with cool music and excellent service.
Had the vegetarian poke bowl that is actually vegan as well as if you don't offer the spicy Mayo. It was very good, but $110p is perhaps a little expensive for what it is (previously cheap compared to some of the surrounding restaurants though). The ginger, lime sauce is very delicious! Fast service and happy to find several vegan options in a very fish-oriented city haha.
Simple menu but good and affordable food. Bowls with rice, veggies, fruit and sauce. You can top them with fish or a nice spring onion omelet. The chairs could be more comfortable.
Great little spot! Got the fried rice bowl, will be back! Good pricing and nice spot
