This restaurant is off the main drag in La Paz and well worth finding. We were looking for great fish and we definitely found it. I had grouper with vegetables and a bearnaise sauce. My wife had grouper with canarian potatoes. Both pieces of fish were expertly cooked. The white house wine fitted perfectly and was ridiculously cheap. Superb service with friendly waiters. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this restaurant... View all feedback.
What Jumppakuikelo doesn't like about El Padrino San Amaro:
Waiter was terrible. Asked recommendations because of massive menu. He rolled his eyes and didn’t want to give me any. He was obviously frustrated on something. Had to squeeze to get some advices. Mood lost, would like to say kinda poor food as well (maybe because of the mood). Don’t go, you will find better food and better service from almost anywhere else. View all feedback.
Very recommended place, great food. give drip to eat on the terrace.
The food is not of great quality, frozen potatoes, frozen fried cheese, not pork alone... there is no bad food but it is of low quality, which together with high prices do not make it a restaurant that would return. oriented to the foreign public. friendly and friendly waiters, service well, but I repeat, the food leaves much to want.
Has been spectacular both the service provided and the food. My partner has lactose intolerance and they have let us wash our own cheese.
Great food. generous and tasty rations. recommend
Great spot to eat. Lovely food and big portions. Had a shared starter, then struggled through the mains as portions are large. Great food! Shared Canadian potatoes and then had sizzling pork (husband) and I had a chicken dish. Both very tasty! Great staff and nice area!
