La Selva - Puente Michol (Key)

This restaurant is fully aligned to bus tours. When we arrived at the restaurant, we received a lukewarm greeting and said we could not sit at the preset tables. that was okay with us, except it wasn't until our meals arrived that they actually put the tables. eating is nothing special and certainly not to the trips. the worst part was the terrible service. it was unfriendly and after a bus tour we were completely ignored. To finish the dinge on a bad note, we had to ask four times for the bill, and when we tried to pay with credit card, it was at this point they told us that the machine didn't work and we could only pay cash. we do not recommend this restaurant for a terrible night at partying.

Large restaurant with the light aura to have seen better days. the employees who were perhaps older than we experienced elsewhere were attentive and professional. the wine list is a little limited and the cab sav has been served chilled – as we follow. have asked a little closer raumtemp, it returned in an ice cup so that English is a bit a problem. eating was very good my fillet mignon was great, but first we were the only ones who were present, finally came 2 other tables, but it limited the atmosphere. not cheap according to local standards

The place is very modest, clean, the service is ingenious, it has air conditioning, everything was very nice, but the eating was excellent, the taste was amazing, it was a party of aromen in my mouth, we had such a great experience at this place. try them, the ceviche is really good and the Habanero sauce was perfect. good discovery, the tamale chiapanecos

Food and service were decent, but the best part was the decor of this restaurant. We went for dinner and would recommend sitting inside, at least during the rainy season, as the mosquitoes and biting bugs are bad on the patio at dusk.

Restaurant La Selva is built as if it is a Mayan ruin. Very nice and interesting atmosphere. The food was fabulous. My husband had medallions de robola (sea bass) and I had a camerones brochette. Both were delicious and the best food we've had in...Palenque. Highly recommended for fussy eaters (my husband).
