The mofongo was made with peanuts instead of bananas and was also overcooked. The excuse about a missing staff member was unacceptable, especially when another person left. I paid a high price for a disappointing meal and service. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

It's unfortunate that there are establishments like this out there. The management likely does not condone this behavior, but they should consider reevaluating their staff. I have no complaints about the food, but there is always room for improvement.
