I didn't care that I told him I was allergic to tomato and could go into an anaphylactic shock. they have been given tomato in my food after running and repaired, knowing, full well I ordered even turf. you always raise respectful/rude teenagers who are not interested in bringing people to almost die. I visited this taco bell more often than I would like to admit. every time I go, there is a slight inconvenience I just want to document. today I asked for big drinks, and when I came into the window, the guy tried to give me some medicine. This has been one of my most disappointing experiences with taco bell. We ordered two of the $5 double chalupa boxes. One was regular and one I payed an extra $0.70 to replace the beef with chicken. Of course neither of them looked even close to how Taco Bell advertises the product. The most disapointing thing about the whole order is I ordered one chalupa with chicken instead of beef but I found peices of beef all along the bottom, under the chicken. It's really obvious that an employee sloppily removed most of the contents of a previously made beef chalupa and proceeded to place chicken and toppings inside the old chalupa shell. This disgusting experience will most likely be the last transaction I have with Taco Bell if their standards remain so disturbingly low.
Who was on the car tonight between 8 and 9:00, really took my night into consideration, my girls like their tacos without salad and a whole lot of stuff. Thank you for making my night so much easier and feeling so welcome. More than ever, and I'm regularly in this Taco bell. The person with the short hair runs the drive thru microphone and jobs is one of a kind and definitely deserves more than just a wage increase. She welcomed me with my daughters and made me feel very comfortable. Whoever you thank you for making my work week for my girls and I a little easier. I appreciate you all!
The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the people who work the late shift do a fantastic work. Warning to vegans, sometimes they add the Friesco style Burritos inadvertently. This is understandable, however, as they are probably new cooks in the kitchen often. If they make your order wrong, don't worry! You will definitely help get the food you wanted and find a way to compensate you for the inconvenience. I think the manger there is called Seth and he is fantastic!!! He is a super understanding and has a calm temperament. If seth is not the rage, they should be promoted! The best wishes and care :

That's why I've repeated that I wanted to make a big deal with the order. He gave me big, but I hate little conversations. I also didn't get a sauce. 3/5 today Apparently I can upload only one review per account, and the creation of several accounts is just too much work for what it is worth. Today I asked about fire and mild sauce because I am a man of variety and spices. The nice ride thru lady verbal confirms fire and mild, but to my shock and misfortune, I just got mild. No spices in this life. 3/5.
This was by far the absolutely worst experience I've ever had with taco bell...We ordered thru the app nd drove from the far Eastside of town to pick it up (after a long exhausting day of moving) jus to recieve an order that was very incorrect, no sauce, nd our drinks thawed out nd not even half full! Meghan whom was the MOD im assuming, was NOT accommodating what's so ever! Due to the frustration, we asked for a full refund nd we're told that it could only be completed thru the app! Welp guess what, fortunately for Meghan nd her team, the app wasn't cooperating! After speaking with her again, we were told that it was all the apps fault nd that she would not be refunding the almost $40 worth of mixed up slop nd half full drinks they served us with!!!! Taco bell as a multi billion dollar company should use these refunds that aren't returned to customers to send their management team to a longer more hands on nd efficient set of training classes, that perhaps focus more on customer service, nd how to be a little more professional when handling situations such as this one!
