Looking back on our wedding, the guests remember the food the most! Specifically, the Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza Oven Pizza Buffet from Westley and the Stoke Pizza Team. They are the easiest vendors to work with and offer the most unique and gourmet catering option in Colorado. I highly recommend checking them out next time you’re in Pueblo, CO. Our favorite flavors are Savory White and Jalapeño Popper. We were impressed by how quickly the Stoke Team can fire a pizza (90 seconds if I’m not mistaken)! Their charcuterie boards and salad offerings during our cocktail hour were fantastic. Thank you for helping us create such a unique wedding and reception menu!

Wes was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend using them enough. He was by far the easiest vendor to work with and helped us stay within budget. On top of that, it was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had and was a HUGE hit with our guests!

These guys were one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. They were so friendly and accommodating and very reasonably priced! The pizza was delicious and they made it so easy on the day of. I cannot recommend them enough!
