I pressed the button, thinking it was my turn, and waited. Soon, a girl came from inside to my truck to see if I had placed an order. I quickly realized that I hadn't actually pressed the button. She was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen! They really pay attention to potential customers, even before they have made an order. That was impressive! What User dislikes about Sonic Drive-In:
It's June 2022, and in my opinion, it shouldn’t take more than 24 hours to get someone to come out and repair or replace a malfunctioning ice machine, even if it means paying an emergency maintenance fee. The owner should be acutely aware of the business they are losing by not having ice available. Out of all the chain places in the area, this one is the best.
It's a chain so I'm guessing the "experience" is the same everywhere.
Went about 6 pm on Thursday Food was good service lacked.

The staff was incredibly friendly, but I was disappointed to find that I asked for wobble and sniff on my footlong cone and it was missing when I got home. I also ordered riders and two maishunde, but there was no ketchup or sniff included. This made for a rather bland meal. I hope the team can understand that these requests may seem simple, but they significantly enhance customer satisfaction. Thank you.

The food is still delicious, and the Route 44 cherry limeade is still my top choice!
The food is excellent, the service is consistently good, and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my meal.
Every time I've visited this Sonic, I've received excellent service. I really love the chicken sandwich—it's incredibly delicious!
