What User likes about Papa Johns Pizza:
Third attempt to try to get my order corrected and this is how my pizza was delivered to me. I wish I would’ve known before I tip the driver very well I would’ve had him just take this order and refund me my money but apparently they’re not allowed to do so they can try again for the fourth time View all feedback. I sent an email at 6:05 PM indicating a wait time of 14-24 minutes. However, we arrived at 6:30 PM, and our order still hadn’t been processed. When we asked, the staff informed us it would take 30 to 50 more minutes. By that point, we had already waited over 30 minutes.
