Noodles And Company - Pueblo

This situation has improved significantly last year and is now one of my favorite places to eat when I am close. I still tried everything I didn't like on the menu - the Japanese noodles with chicken is my absolute favorite. If you are not a member yet, register for their reward program-es gives decent coupons and discounts also with intermittent use. I'm looking forward to my next trip here.

Different variations of noodles,sauces, and protein options. From Buffalo mac and cheese to spicy beef Mongolian noodle. Cheese bread and pot stickers are pretty good as well. they also have a drive through pick up window, not a drive through order like normal. and they have they good soda machine inside that lets you mix an match all the flavors!!

Noodles and Company itself is a fun, semi-healthy and unique alternative between fast-food and full sit down dining. This particular location had decent quick service, great outdoor seating and easy access. The downfalls were the staff and cleanliness. Both are most likely related to each other. It would be unfair to classify it as unfriendly but the employees just weren't focused on customer service. Tables weren't cleaned regularly. Condiments and tea were empty. Then when we asked the response was very nonchalant. It's not bad it's just eh. We'll give them the benefit of doubt and perhaps we hit them on an off day.

The noodles were Soo spicy and and lacking in flavor when I asked for beef with chow mein.... I used to like eating here but not if they won't listen to me when I order.

Half a pound of noodles vs 1.5oz of steak. Not the perfect balance. I'm not sure why ALL restaraunt's (Including Noodles and Co. don't measure the amount of protein vs carbs they put in a bowl by weighing it to ensure they're giving equal serving to the customers. It'll take the guess work out of providing the PROPER servings to the customer. On another note, the person working the register on Sep 24, 2022 around 8:15pm was awesome.
