The... read more The red sauce at this restaurant is all made with broth and/or cooked with sausage, so all pasta and pizzas, including the eggplant dish, have a meat base. The chef was unable to create a vegetarian option. I waited over an hour for my food, only to receive a dish with red sauce and shrimp, which I had to send back because I cannot eat seafood.

The ambiance was dark and cozy, catering mostly to regular customers. The pizza was strange and overly heavy, disappointing our group. The breakfast buffet was pricey, heavy on meat, and lacking in vegetarian options that were not frozen appetizers. I recommend trying Shamrock Brewing for a similar tavern atmosphere with delicious food instead.
