The staff here is very friendly and chatty and the service was quick and thorough. The decor is a lot of fun and gives it a local feel; they also have a TV for sports watchers. The food was pretty good. They unfortunately aren't able to serve alcohol at this time. View all feedback.
What Vernice Kessler doesn't like about Adams Ribs:
I was really hoping for something good, but that's not bbq. The ribs were okay, but everything else was not worth eating. Tested like liquid smoke was used. The bride didn't have a smoke ring that led me not to smoke it. Sausage was more like a tasteless hot dog. The chicken bacon Ranch sandwich sounded good, but it was not smoked and pulled chicken it was cooked like ground chicken in a chic. The ranch had no taste.... View all feedback.

I have to say when we first came to the new location in Pueblo west when they first got out here we were not impressed, but we decided to try it again 2 years later and the food is COMPLETELY different. Fresh cut golden fries, crispy on the outside yet soft In the inside. Homemade BBQ sauce. Owners son was our waiter and very knowledgeable and promoting recommending items great customer service if I could give 10 stars I would awesome job guysWe will be back
My first time there for take out. Not impressed and won't be back. The ribs were kind of tough, the sauce was like all other bbq sauces. Very small servings. Like 2 tablespoons of Mac and cheese. I placed an order for 2 specials, one was for my neighbor. What really got me was that each plate came with cobbler and when I got home there was just one styrofoam cup with cobbler. When I called Adams Ribs, I was transferred to someone else who said they did not forget the other cobbler, but put the cobbler for 2 in the one cup. I'm all for saving the environment, but having to split the cobbler was kinda awkward, so I just let my elderly neighbor have it.
Fantastic family owned business! The meat falls off the bone, the sauce is delicious! Will definitely eat here again.Food: 5/5
