A Peizza Angelo's Franchising - Pueblo

I ordered a 14-inch pizza at 11:34 when the restaurant was just opening. The estimated delivery time was 12:50, but it arrived at 1:50. The box felt damp and the crust was soggy and cold, resembling a sponge that had been left in water overnight. I called the restaurant and returned the pizza.

The server appeared to be very young and inexperienced, lacking in customer-friendly attitude. I had requested for an item to be omitted from my dish due to allergies, but after another 35 minutes, my dinner arrived with the item I had asked to be removed. We were celebrating our anniversary and had requested to sit by the river, which turned out to be a nightmare. The restaurant was busy, but not full, yet the waiter insisted that we couldn't have that table as it was reserved for a larger group. After some insistence, we were finally seated but our overall experience was disappointing. Additionally, the dish my husband ordered was dry and bland. Although my salmon was tasty, I had to send it back as it came with cheese which I did not request.

The incredible location is perfect, as it is right along a beautiful river trail. The food was delicious, I had the calzone. Our server, Robert K., was absolutely amazing! He was positive, patient, and very attentive. We spent two hours at our table without feeling rushed. It was lovely to have such excellent service in such a beautiful, sunny setting. Thank you.

For the location deserves this pizza joint pointed. it is directly at the wonderful river hike and has a large terrace as well as a full bar and several interiors, but I can not find out why the reviews are so positiw about eating. our pizza was fair. we had each salad that was fresh and divided a 14 pizza the big apple. it was short on green paprika and mushrooms, but had an oversupply of black olive. the teig wasn't great either. service was terrible! our server explained at the end that the kitchen had been flooded with togo orders and was very supported. our poor waiter had what seemed too many tables. I'm sure covid was guilty, but I wouldn't go back! Why not enable them to offer their waiter a free dessert if they cannot deliver in time? even the wee took forever!

We sat ouside overlooking the river walk. Service was good. The salad was crisp and tasty. My husband had Veggie zitti and I had the spinach lasagna. They were both inedible My lasagna was 70% thick greasy cheese. And the ziti had tons of thick cheese on top. We had to pick through the cheese to find the food.
