A small cafe, delicious and in a very Peruvian quarter

Terrible experience ready for too little space and a team that is not able to keep with the business. I ordered a papa rellena, and after waiting for almost 20 minutes and following my order several times, they told me they were from what I had ordered. while the papas were served to the people who had ordered after me. the server told me they had already given it to me and would not refund me. after a minute they finally refunded me. they make good eating, but the bad organization is a big street block they have not overcome and still cannot believe that they refused to pay me first.

I ordered a papa rellena, and after waiting nearly minutes and following up on my order several times, they told me they were out of what I had ordered. All the while papas were being served to people that ordered after me. The server then told me they had already given it to me and would not refund me. After a minute of back and forth, they finally refunded me. They make good food, but the bad organization is a major roadblock they haven't overcome and still can't believe they refused to refund me at first.
