This place is not fancy, but you get a great coffee (Risso, Villarica or Tunki) and to accompany with diverse cakes and pies (apple crispy, cheesecake, black forest, etc.). They also offer some lunch dishes, but I did not try - it is not in the menu but written on a board. For desserts and coffee really the only place in Cañete - big surprise as normally you get the cold coffee essence you want to forget about. View all feedback.

Café Koinonía is just half a block from the main square of Cañete and is the ideal stop for a lunch or coffee break. Whether you are going to Lunahuana or in the city for other shops, you want to check out this scenic little restaurant. We did it over a month ago when the lunch business called us to Cañete and we asked ourselves where we can eat that we don't leave that we doubt our decision later. We remembered vaguely an acquaintance that had begun a small café a few years back and so we have looking for it. It seems that since Jaime and his wife opened the store four years back, it has won the reputation for his coffee and homemade desserts in recent years. We found it light enough and much to our surprise it had recently been oversprayed and had added some options for lunch. We ordered the Lomo-Salzado and a few sandwiches that are excellent there. After that we have two of their homemade desserts, delicious! In addition to high-quality menu options, the hosts are friendly, the location is perfectly clean and it is very easy to find. We do not regret our decision to visit Café Koinonía, and we are sure you will not be so good!
