eating here is really not great. we came because we wanted a place with vegan and meat options to accommodate our group. none of us enjoyed what we had. the brot they gave us to begin the meal was moderate and was followed by a small beginner of nopales on a tortilla chip. the tortilla chip was too stale to eat.

When the most expensive place I had ever eaten in Puebla, I expected a little more fun than the food I love at Coco y El Alacran, for example. But unfortunately the Enmoladas were not fully edible. The mole was too chocolate, the almost raw veggie sticks in the tortillas were not seasonal. It looked beautiful, and the staff is attentive. They also do not make you feel stupid not to know the rules of fine food. I didn't finish my food or ask for a recording box. Lovely decor goes so far. The first time I did, I literally beat myself better. I'm not a slouch in the kitchen, but I'm not a cook either. My friends enjoyed their meals. We split the lime Sorbet, which was delicious, but not three times as good as similar nies from street vendors.

I had the enmoladas with poblano mol. the endmoladas were filled with carrot, zucchini and green beans, which were a hauch over raw. all 4 of our plates were somewhere on the scale from cold to warm, not hot. we were recommended this place by 3 separate people, but honestly, I would not return.
The tortas were tasty, and the salads were quite unusual (in a good way). They offer something else in the city, and it is good food, fresh ingredients and it looks good. The restaurant itself is a colonial building that is beautifully decorated. It is pleasant to be there. But it's not worth the price after me.
